I have lost my Card! What do I do?

Your personal Impossible Pioneer Card is truly unique and can not be replaced in case of loss or theft. In case of theft or loss you will simply have to use your Pioneer Code.

What if we have never received our Pioneer Card?

I also haven't received my Pioneer Card.  We're about to move country so can we find out if they're on the way?

i alo do not have pioneer card.. but i have pioneer account...

Cards are made in batches - once we have at least 35 cards together, we send them off to the printer to be printed.
