I have bought film Online as well as in your Stores. Can i get credited for the films purchased offline?

Yes - if you still have a receipt to prove that you bought film in the store. Our shop assistants will then manually add the according points to your exisiting online customer account.

what is the procedure?
for purchases from the vienna store, you have to take the original receipts/ invoices to the shop, to get the points credited.
for film purchased from the NYC shop you can also send scans to the usa@the-impossible-project.com email address.
For clarity: I have a similar question... I recently purchased the 2+1 Color Shade Starter Pack online; two packs for $44,00 each. How do I get my Peioneer card to start earning points? Can I get credit for purchasing online or Can I only open a Pioneer car and earn points by going into a stores?? Thanks!

I have purchased 3 PX600 UV+ Black films in the Enschede store last friday- what about those? Will I get pioneer points for these films?
what about films i've purchased from ebay?
film purchased on ebay or other 3rd party resellers does not earn Pioneer points.
I can't imagine you'd count the Impossible Factory Outlet Store as a 3rd party reseller. Could you please let me know if I can get pioneer points for those packs, or not? And if not, why not?
Valerie, please contact European support directly - they can tell you for sure if purchases made at the outlet earn points.
