The Pioneer Program only applies to the experimental instant film materials by Impossible. You will only get credited one point per pack of purchased experimental Impossible films (PZ 600 Silver Shade, PX 100 Silver Shade, PX 600 Silver Shade V06, PX 70 Color Shade PUSH, PX 680 First Flush). Original Polaroid films (like TZ Artistic, Image, type 100, etc) as well as newer editions of Impossible film (e.g. PX 600 UV+, PZ 680) are excluded from the Pioneer Program.

Right guys, but what about the fil packs I bought in the Store in NYC??
I have the receipts . . . .
hi alessio, if you still have a receipt to prove that you bought film in the store, our shop assistants will then manually add the according points to your exisiting online customer account!
hello, i have had 7 points already and i just ordered 3 px70 packs, so i have to go to 13 points.
Do i have to wait to the next order for the discount?
thank you in advance,
theodoros
what about the new px color film you just rolled out? it says its worth points, but i haven't been credited yet, does it take time for that to process?
do we need to get the points by may 22 2011 to get a card or do we just need to buy our first film by then? thanks
same question as Matt, are the 2 points of each new starter pack credited once order is processed?
maybe im not reading it right but ill ask this what could be a stupied question. is this right if you purchase 3 of the same packs in the same order you will only get 1 point not 3 for each pack? i purchased three tz and Two px 100 and have 2 points.
Amanda, you get points ONLY WITH IMPOSSIBLE MATERIAL
(sorry for multiple-replies, I don't know how -if it's possible^^- to edit a message)
IMPOSSIBLE mamterial are all experimental films developped by the impossible team
expired original Polaroïd® films do NOT give you any point.
I previously bought 4 packs of PX 100 (two of FF and two of the later release- 4 points) and just bought the 3 pack of color film (worth 3 points, right?) and another PX100 (1 point). By my math, that should bring me up to 8 points and yet I'm only at 5. When are the points calculated? I know this is quibbling but still, I want the goodness as much as anyone else. Thanks.
don't forget points are added to your account once order shows "processed"
the "3 pack color film" worth 2 points, you pay for 2 films and you got one free... so you "pay" for two points.
Hi! I bought 2 packs of Impossible film online and 5 in the NYC-store. It must have been somewhere around 28th of May and I do still have the receipt. The 5 I bought in the store are not in my account, it shows only 2 points. Tonight I also bought the Color Shade Starter Pack online, so I should be on 9 points when this last order is processed. Can you please correct the points for me, so that I'm only one order away from enjoying the goodness of the Pioneer Card? Thank you!
i bought 10 packs of px films in switzerland, so do i get some of this points or not?
all of those ten packs were broken and not really usable, and it seems to be impossible to change them or what ever (well 2 of them i didn't use, because i don't want to clean my cam after each shot ... if i find a cheap and half broken cam, i could use them ... maybe)
so at least some points would be nice
Hello Beat,
The Pioneer Card Program is only valid in Impossibles Online Shop and Stores in Vienna and New York.
Kind Regards, Ani
a fine, so i just waste my money for a bunch of broken films ... cool.
if your pictures are suffering from the loose lamination problem (opening frame at the back of the image, and film emulsion leaking from the back) you will be able to retunr the pictures to the shop/ retailer you purchased them from for an exchange.
best regards,
andi
loose lamination, crystal attack and everything else ... and yes maybe they will exchange them (i'm still waiting for an answer)
but your pioneer thing just for some customers is not really funny ... (the films are not really cheap, but the shipping costs are horror)
by the way, last week i saw the px-films in a shop (a real one not a webshop). i wanted to buy one, just to know if they were better or not (i'm one of the stupid customers, even whitout pioneer thing or whatever), but the guy in the shop told me not to do this, because the films are shitty and broken ...
Beat,
You might want to give your camera a tune-up. I was having some similar problems with some peel apart film, but my rollers had gotten dirty and just needed a good cleaning, now it's working fine. The tiniest build up can destroy a whole pack. Aside from film I saved from the last production before Impossible came along, I've purchased all my film in the past year from this website. As far as killer crystals go, use your fridge to store the film and cool off the camera before using, or just save those FF packs for winter. It's kind of pain, but the film is improving with each round. Just be glad people are still trying, you know?
Good luck,
Amanda
Hi,
I only got 1 point for purchasing : 1 PX 600 UV Film + 1 PX 100 Film?? I thought I would get 2 points.
So I don't understand why I only get 1 point for these 2 Impossible films which are described as acceptable above in the Pioneer programm.
Grtz Rosita
Ok, I see the problem is solved ;-)
I have my points, jippeee.....
Grtz R.
Why just the impossible films have the points, the 1200 impossible film doesn't have color film, so I have to buy the image and softone~
I just bought the HUGE kit which includes PX 600 Silver Shade and PX 70 Color Shade. From the Pioneer Card Program Basic, both two films are included in the program. So would I get 2 credits towards that purchase?
Hello, I have purchased 3 packs of film so far. However, my account info says that I have only 2 credits. One pack was PX 600 UV+, the other was IMPOSSIBLE PX 70 COLOR SHADE PUSH!, and the most recent purchased was PZ 600+. However, it says that I have only 2 credits. The last pack has not shipped yet since I ordered it with the Cold Clip, so would that be the reason for the lack in credits?
@jimi: yes, the pioneer points are assigned to your account once the order has shipped.
Iv bought 3 first flush and 2 px 600 from Exponera in Sweden - is that not counted?
//Leif
I bought two packs of two for one color shade PX70 among other various packs of Impossible and Polaroid films and somehow I'm only credited with 4 points?
It's true also that some of the packs I have tried have not operated properly - duds shall we say - and if nothing else I should get pioneer credits. I've never returned any of these or commented in this way. I want to continue to support your efforts as I have no one else to "bank on!" PLEASE get it right!!!
Hi, I have bought lots of Impossible film, however as an Australian customer, because of the excessive freight cost it has always been as part of a bulk purchase. How can I qualify for the Pioneer program? It seems unfair that the person placing the bulk order on behalf of many buyers will be getting all the points.
@steve lovegrove: yes we will be able to transfer pioneer points. the user, who placed the original order would have to send us an email with the order number of the order that the films were part of, and your account email address that the points should get transfered to, as well as the number of points that should get transfered.
Hi!! i have ordered 5 boxes of PX 600 UV+ black frame on 5/May/2011. But my account pioneer point haven't increase . I am afraid that i can't apply to become pioneer level member on time. Pls let me know my status.
Thanks!
Similar to Pui's question, I ordered the remaining packs of film on May 4. I know the order needs to be processed prior to joining the group of pioneers, so I guess this is more me crossing my fingers, rather than asking a question. If its processed on May 5, will the membership still be available, or does it need to be processed before May 5? Looks like I had a question after all. Thanks in advance.
The order page for PX 680 indicates purchases are worth "0 Pioneer Points." Your most expensive film and no credit?
hi, i just bought 2 impossible project UV+ Px600 Silver Shade in Innsburck, Austria. I asked the store attendants about the Pioneer Card, and they dont about it. So I was wondering if my purchase in Austria can be added to my spirit points?
thanks
@Joseph Gochangco: Pioneer Points are only credited for purchase of selected films in the Impossible online shop and Impossible Project Spaces (currently in Vienna, Enschede, Tokyo and NYC)
The PZ600 film is showing no pioneer points but it states in the pioneer regs that this film qualifies, can you please clarify whether or not we get points for purchasing PZ600 films. Thanks!
When you are a Pioneer, and on your way to the landlevel (and possible the impossible level) is the following sentences:
" collect 50 points or more (one Impossible film pack purchased in our online shop credits 1 point)"
"collect 250 points or more (one Impossible film pack purchased in our online shop credits 1 point)"
understood as any impossible film bought, will count as points towards reaching further levels?
Kind regards
Thomas
Hello there,
I have bought 52 packs of IP films online in total, but why am I given only 1 point?
Thank you
Hi Fubuki -
What films have you purchased? Only certain films are eligible.
Hi Tom,
My mistake, it is actually 42 packs. Here are the breakdowns;
1 x PX680 Color Shade First Flush
8 x PX600 Silver Shade
8 xPX600 Silver Shade UV+
4 x PX680 Color Shade
6 x PX100 Silver Shade
9 x PX70 Color Shade Push
6 x PX 680 Color Shade Pioneer
Only 1 is eligible from all listed?
Hmmmm..... some of those films aren't eligible (Pioneer films and PX680 Color Shade stand out.) But all of the Push!, PX680 FF, and PX600 SS would be eligible (to name a few).
My suggestion is to submit a service request via http://support.the-impossible-project.com/requests/new. Be sure to include your list of films above, because you should have gotten a lot more pioneer points. It would probably be good to include your different order numbers, too.
Good luck!
Tom
Thanks Tom. I have already sent a service request last month but still have not receive any response. Trying to use other channels to get IP's attention.
Thanks again :)
Hello, Ive purchased quite afew packs of film, test film, expired bag and accesories without any points being allocated. That right?
Jacques - Films sold at special pricing (including test film and expired film) do not qualify for for discounts. I'm uncertain about accessories.
