Your credit card information is forwarded from our shop through a secure connection to a clearing agency, who authorizes the transaction on your card. In case of a declined transaction we never receive details from the card company (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc) about why a card is declined. This information will only be provided by the card company or the card issueing bank to the card owner.
If your card gets declined in our shop, you can always select PayPal as the payment option. You will also be able to pay with your card through the PayPal site without needing to create an account with PayPal.

What happens if I order something and I cancel before I get the request is put through all the way, but yet it's still showing up on my credit card? How long for that to stop the pending charge?
