How do I make changes to my order?

If you place an order with us and decide that you want to add items, or cancel the order altogether, the best way is to cancel the order:

  • Go to My Account
  • Find the order in the "My Orders" Section
  • As long as the order has not been processed, you can cancel it.


Your credit card will not be charged, and any Paypal payment you made will automatically be refunded in case of a cancellation.

You can then place the order again through our web shop.

If your order contains items which may quickly sell out once your order is cancelled (items with strictly limited quantities), instead of deleting the order, please write us at myorder@the-impossible-project.com with your orderid and the changes you would like to make. We will attempt to make all changes before processing the order, but cannot guarantee that your order will be changed due to the large volume of emails we receive every day.
