Within the EU, shipping usually takes 2 - 3 work days.
Shipping outside of the EU usually takes 3 - 5 work days.

US shipping is either via USPS (east of the Mississippi) and UPS (west of the Mississippi). If you have a preference (USPS vs UPS) please email usa@theimpossibleproject.com ASAP once you've placed your order and we'll make sure we ship via your preferred method.
given that shipping to australia is fifty bucks, i am sure hoping this film comes fast! :/

In The Netherlands it takes more than 2 days, ironically the films are first transported to Germany before they are shipped to Dutch customers. Too bad GLS is not a very good courier IMHO. Have often problems when they have deliver something to me (not only TIP stuff)

How long will it take to ship to Long Island (NY)?
@ Kaji - we can ship to a Hotel, just check with them to see how they want the package addressed. please contact support@theimpossibleproject.com - they can give you exact shipping details. (length of time it takes for a package to be shipped)
@ David our warehouse is in MA so shipping to Long Island will take 1 to 2 days. We don't ship on the weekend so if you place an order after 8:00am on Friday it won't ship until Monday. We also have a store in NYC so you can also stop by there and pick up film.

I ordered on the 12/08/2010 for shipping to Sweden.
As soon as the tracking for UPS started working it was clear that that was not correct.
The estimated "On Time Scheduled Delivery Date" was set to; 23/08/2010
8 business days and over two weeks later.
Ordinary postal service would have been quicker and definitely quicker!

If I order the PX-70 colour shade film today, can it be delivered to my UK address my 31st August? I am leaving the UK on 1st Sept. (and won't be available at the shipping address after 1st Sept. morning) to travel around Europe and would like to take the film with me. Please let me know if it can reach me either in the UK or in France latest by 31st August (latest 1st. Sept. early morning). Thanks a lot.

@eesha - we don't ship on the weekend so your order won't ship until Monday. It should arrive by Thursday if you select PRIORITY MAIL as your shipping option. It also depends on the time of day your mail usually arrives - it's possible your film won't arrive until Thursday afternoon. To be absolutely sure you should call the NYC store on Monday and upgrade your shipping to 2 day FedEx, then it'll arrive for sure before you leave. The store number is 212-219-3254 and we open at 11:00am.

I use www.shipnex.com for all my shipping to Australia. They are at least 50% cheaper than FedEx and UPS. So far their service is good..
